Homecoming Harvest Revival
Join us This Wednesday, November 14, at 7:00 p.m. for Harvest Revival 2018! Our guest preacher will be Rev. Dr. Timothy West of the Westphalia United Methodist Church, Upper Marlboro, Md. We expect to be revived, refreshed, and renewed in this season. Don’t miss it!
Word on Wednesday with Pastor Ron
The Word on Wednesday is Gethsemane’s Mid-Week interactive and engaging worship service and Bible Study. All are welcomed to attend on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm.

Ministry Appreciation Luncheon
All are invited to attend the Ministry Appreciation Luncheon on This Saturday, November 17th at 12 noon. Location: 3111 Forestville Rd., Forestville, MD 20747. This will be a time of celebration for all of the ministries of Gethsemane and looking forward to what God has in store for this ministry. There is no cost for this event, but you must get a ticket from a member of the Homecoming/Luncheon Team.

Our next unit meeting will be held on Saturday, November 17, 10:00 am SHARP. Please plan to attend. Our 2019 officers will be installed at this time.

Harvest Season 2018 IS HERE!
Gethsemane is excited to celebrate the Harvest Season during the months of October and November. Celebrate your harvest by participating in Gethsemane’s Harvest Bible Studies, Revival, Homecoming and Ministry Activities. In addition, each member and friend of Gethsemane is asked to give a special Harvest Gift of $200 in celebration of the Harvest. Use the special envelope located in the back of the pew for your Harvest Gift.
United Methodist Student Day
United Methodist Student Day is November 25th, 2018. On this day throughout Methodism, a special collection is taken to support Methodist Student Scholarships and Loans. Moreover, the Methodist Church supports over 100 institutions of higher education, including 11 historically Black colleges and universities. The scholarship fund is administered by the General Board of Higher Education and Ministry which provides special envelopes for this offering. Please plan to give.
