- Prior to completing this form, please ensure that your event has been approved by Church Leadership.
- Graphic Design (Posters/Banners/Special Printed Materials) requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the initial distribution date. (Example: If you'd like a flyer to be distributed on January 1st (for an event on February 1st) you'll need to submit your request by December 1st.)
- Information for the Monthly Newsletter and online events calendar should be submitted by the 2nd Sunday of the prior month.
